Buy one of those Sawyer mini filters, they are amazing, portable and you can drink from almost anywhere.
Power depends what you need for, but generators and solar panel setups are indeed expensive 😢.

Be careful of holding tetracyclines too long, they degrade to nephrotoxins over time. Watch the expiry dates, keep them in their original containers.
I don't worry too much about other drugs (I have some ten year old eardrop samples!) but organise your reserves safely.

From my perspective, yes. But when empires start getting weak, spreading too thin they tend to commit a lot of desperate actions and mistakes.
The real problem is the people at the top which we have to deal with it. Once and for all soon enough.
